The Pobuzhsky Ferro-Nickel Plant announces the appointment of a new CEO

Oleg Bespalov, who has served as General Manager of PFP LLC since 2014 on a five-year contact, was replaced by Denis Shevchenko.

During his work at Pobuzhye, Oleg Bespalov achieved significant progress in the improvement of management systems at PFP, the creation of an active production environment and standardization of processes at the enterprise. This has led to a significant increase in production discipline and labor productivity, improvement of the village’s infrastructure, and reducing the enterprise’s environmental impact.

The new CEO of PFP LLC will be tasked with continuing to build a modern European-type enterprise, taking into account the global principles of sustainable development.

“Oleg Bespalov came to PFP to radically improve the culture of production, implement projects focused on process modernization and improve the plant’s ecological safety. He successfully accomplished this task and laid the groundwork for further improvements in operational efficiency at the enterprise. On behalf of the Group, I would like to thank Oleg Leonidovich for his valuable contribution! Denis Shevchenko has not only work experience at PFP, but also experience in managing a modern Solway producing asset in Guatemala. Denis Shevchenko knows the specifics of the Ukrainian enterprise, and understands the requirements for today’s industry. I am convinced that he has the strength to take on this new ambitious mission,” Dan Bronstein, Chairman of Solway Investment Group, commented on the appointment.
